No. This is one of many reasons making it so beneficial to rent out an apartment or a villa. You may make a deduction from the standard tax rate of up to 40,000 SEK when you rent out your home. We at Renthia work exclusively with long-term tenants with whom we see a great potential cooperation. We act as a butler for the entire rental, for example we take all calls that might arise. Everything to make your rental as easy and seamless as possible.
It is free for landlords to rent out their villa as well as the apartment with the help of Renthia. For tenants, we charge a markup of 10% of the price to cover our expenses and so we can be present the active the entire time and make sure everything is safe and secure.
It can be a problem if you rent a home as a private individual. However, when you rent out your property via Renthia the deposit is safely helt in a client account of our supervision. This ensures that all transactions are conducted in a safe manner. Renthia also guarantee that the rent is paid to the landlord during the entire rental period.
Yes! If the home is rented unfurnished or furnished is entirely up to you.
In order to simplify your rental and save time for you, we write on Renthia contracts for both the landlord that the tenant. We develop contracts with all the necessary information on, of course, is also a rental contract law.
When the landlord terminates the contract there is a cancellation period of three calendar months. When the tenant terminates the contract there is a cancellation period of one calendar month. Read more here

Tenants
Maybe . As a tenant , it is your responsibility to insure any equipment and personal possessions in the home. The landlord must keep their insurance and it is up to him to keep the home and insuring inventory . When you rent or lease a home through Renthia included also a liability insurance up to 10 million crowns.
The shortest time we offer our tenants is 6 months, there is no upper limit on how long an item may be rented, it is up to the landlord.

Yes! If the accommodation is rented furnished or unfurnished is entirely up to the landlord, we bring in both furnished and unfurnished homes.
