The house is located in Åkersberga on an end road with very little traffic and walking ways in the forest. It’s only 300 m to the bus stop “Båtstorp” where bus 624 and 624 C take you directly to Mörby C (20 mins) and Stockholm. Bus 623 takes you to Åkersberga C from where you have access to the Roslagsbanan train and many more busses. With bus 624 and 623 you can also switch to direct bus to Kista. 300 m to golf court and bicycle distance to grocery stores, Åkersberga C, Domaruddens friluftsområde with restaurant, fishing and swimming lake and wood fire sauna. Walking distance to horse stables and pastures. It has 5 rooms on 119 m2, kitchen, guest toilet. 80 m2 basement with washing room, freezer, food storage and sauna. The house is heated by a heat pump and a fireplace (3 m3 fire wood can be provided). Can be rented fully / partially furnished or without furniture (which we then stow away in the basement). All rooms, except guest toilet, have windows with day light and wooden or laminate floors except of the entrance hall which has tiles.
