When you register as a user and wants to lease your accommodation
When you create a user account with us and apply for leasing your accommodation, you need to provide Renthia with the organization number, the name of the legal person, and contact information to the responsible person of the company.
Renthia handles this personal data in order to secure the identity of the potential homeowner of the accommodation in order to ensure security around Renthia's service. The company's legal basis for this is partly to be able to fulfill the contract with you, and partly a balancing of interests in being able to provide safe and reliable accommodation and homeowners to the guests.
When you contact our support, it is voluntary to use your name and other contact information. If your case concerns a booking through us, we will not be able to help you specifically in that case without you stating which booking it is. If you provide your personal information when you contact us, we process this in order to be able to answer your question and help you in the matter. The legal basis is, in case you are a customer with us, to be able to fulfill our agreement with you. When Renthia is responsible for personal data, you have, at any time,
the right to receive a register extract free of charge with information
about which personal data is registered about you, the purposes of the
processing of this personal data, and information about where this
personal data was obtained from and to whom recipients. has been or
will be released. You also have the right to receive information in the
register extract about the predicted period during which the data will
be stored or the criteria used to determine this period. You also have
the right to find out about the existence of automated decision-making
(including profiling). The request for access to such information must
be in writing and sent to Renthia at the address given below under
